Prayer for the 150th Anniversary Celebration of Immaculate Conception Church

O Lord our God, we thank You for giving us the opportunity to celebrate this wonderful occasion of the 150th Anniversary of Immaculate Conception Church. At this special time we give thanks to You for all the current members of our church, friends, and all those who have contributed to the life and success of this church throughout the 150 year history. We also give thanks to You for all those whose faith started from this church, for all those who have grown in faith here, and for all those who have gone to you, Lord, in heaven. As we celebrate, may we look back in appreciation and forward in hope.

We ask the Patroness of our church, the Blessed Virgin Mary, to keep us under her special protection and intercession, so that our celebrations may be successful and that we may prove ourselves worthy of God’s continual blessings for many years to come. Amen.
